1. Who is responsible
TrueFinAI is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to hello@truefinai.com. If a project is contracted through a named legal entity, that entity will be identified in the client agreement and may act as controller or processor as specified there.
2. Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, company, email address or Telegram handle, selected project type, project description, consent record and technical request metadata needed for security and delivery. Please do not submit sensitive personal data, credentials, trading secrets or third-party confidential information through the public form.
3. Why we use it
- to assess and respond to your inquiry;
- to take steps you request before entering a contract;
- to protect the Website, prevent spam and diagnose delivery failures;
- to meet legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.
Depending on where you are located, the legal basis is your consent, steps before a contract, our legitimate interest in operating a secure business inquiry channel, or compliance with law. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. Where information goes
Inquiry data is stored in our application database, and a notification is sent to a private Telegram channel available to authorized team members. Hosting, database, security, email, and Telegram providers may process limited information for us under their own infrastructure and contractual terms. We disclose data when required by law, to protect legal rights, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. International transfers
Our team and service providers may process information outside your country. Where transfer rules apply, we use an available lawful mechanism and proportionate safeguards. Telegram and other providers may operate globally; review their privacy information before choosing Telegram as your contact method.
6. Retention
We normally keep an inquiry for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then delete or anonymise it. We may keep limited records longer when required by law, a client agreement, security needs or a legal claim.
7. Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted network services, rate limiting, software updates and backups appropriate to the nature of the data. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Email hello@truefinai.com with enough information to verify and locate your request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
9. Cookies and analytics
The current Website does not use advertising cookies or non-essential analytics. Essential server logs may record IP address, request time, path and user agent for security and reliability. If we add optional analytics or cookies, we will update this notice and request consent where required.
10. Children
The Website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. Do not submit information about a child through the contact form.
11. Changes
We may update this notice when our processing or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
