These terms govern the public TrueFinAI website. A paid research or engineering engagement is governed by the separate proposal, statement of work or services agreement accepted by the client.

1. Acceptance

By accessing truefinai.com (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you access the Website for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

2. What TrueFinAI provides

The Website describes research, data engineering and market intelligence capabilities and lets prospective clients submit project inquiries. Website content is general information only; it is not a binding offer, service commitment or guarantee of any result.

3. No investment advice

Nothing on the Website is investment, financial, legal, tax or trading advice, and nothing creates a fiduciary relationship. Research signals, sentiment measures and alternative data may be incomplete, delayed, biased or wrong. You remain responsible for independent review and every decision made using them. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Permitted use

You may view and share links to the public Website for lawful business purposes. You must not:

interfere with, overload, probe or bypass the Website or its security controls;
submit unlawful, malicious, deceptive or third-party confidential material without authority;
copy or commercially reuse substantial Website content, branding or code without written permission;
use automated access in a way that degrades the service or violates applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Intellectual property

The Website, its design, original text, software and TrueFinAI branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership right is transferred to you. Rights in client inputs and project deliverables are governed by the applicable client agreement.

6. External data and links

Our work may refer to public sources, social networks, market data or third-party tools. Their availability, licensing and accuracy are controlled by their providers. A link or reference does not mean endorsement, and third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.

7. Availability and disclaimers

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, fitness for a particular purpose or that all information is current or complete. We may change or withdraw Website content at any time.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TrueFinAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the public Website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Liability relating to paid services is governed by the relevant client agreement.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information submitted through the Website.

10. Changes and severability

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and effective date. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
